Leigh Ann Lipscomb, Ph.D. has been practicing energy work since 2016, helping people overcome anxiety in a variety of situations, including test-taking. She designs sessions specific to each and every person, drawing on her experience both as a Shamanic Energy Medicine practitioner and a Resonance Repatterning Practitioner. Ready to start? Here are the steps you'll want to take.
Book your FREE 15-minute phone consult to ask any questions you may have. If you don't have any questions, feel free to go ahead and book your session.
At least 24 hours before your scheduled session, complete the 'Intake Form' and the 'Client Consent Form', both of which are found by scrolling to the bottom of the page here.
Take some time to prepare for your session. Be prepared to tell me what is bothering you. Any specifics are helpful.
About 5 minutes before your session, I'll send an invite with the Zoom link to the e-mail you provide in the intake form.
Set aside 2 hours for your session. Most sessions take around 60-75 minutes, but we do go 2 hours on rare occasions.
Bring a glass of water to your session. You'll need a quiet, undistracted space where you are alone and can focus on your session. Prepare a place to recline (either your bed or a yoga mat on the floor works great).
You may want to schedule some quiet down time for yourself after your session.
